1. Who We Are

Ommpo Staffing (“Ommpo,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a healthcare staffing platform that connects qualified caregivers—including CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs—with healthcare facilities and private clients. We provide credentialed professionals for temporary, per diem, or long-term care assignments.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• If applying as a caregiver, you must have valid certifications, comply with state/federal laws, and pass a background check.
• If engaging us for staffing services, you must be an authorized representative of a facility or private client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients (including facilities and individuals):

• Agree to treat workers with dignity, fairness, and safety.
• Must pay all fees as agreed upon at the time of engagement.
• Acknowledge that Ommpo is not liable for issues outside of our matching and vetting processes.

4. Caregiver Responsibilities

Caregivers agree to:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentials and certifications.
• Provide timely, professional, and ethical care.
• Abide by all confidentiality, conduct, and reporting requirements as outlined during onboarding.

5. Service Limitations

Ommpo is not a licensed medical provider or home health agency. We act as a staffing and referral platform and are not responsible for the direct supervision of care in client settings.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Payment Terms

Clients must adhere to agreed-upon pricing structures (monthly subscription, per diem, or care package). Late payments may result in paused services or collection action. Caregivers are paid weekly, with wages disclosed during job placement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, platform, and materials is the property of Ommpo Staffing and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Liability Limitations

Ommpo is not liable for:

• Injury, negligence, or harm arising from client or caregiver actions.
• Misrepresentation by users of the platform.
• Technical issues, service delays, or third-party service failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ommpo disclaims any warranties, express or implied.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in the state of [Your State], and subject to applicable U.S. laws. Users agree to waive class-action rights.

10. Modifications
